From what you have said I can&amp;#39;t determine if your company had changed its priorities. Did their attitude change towards the Test Team in general, or was it towards specific testers. Budget cuts during such times are normal, and that may not necessarily mean that a whole team would be laid off. It is important to understand the expectations of your management. Do you know what those were? We were hired as QA Engineer. And we were doing well. Management was happy. Then our company fall on financial crisis. And all on a sudden we found that company is not paying much attention to QA team. So I have to fire myself from that company before they did this to me. But the thing is I became upset and frustrated and less confident. I have mentioned based on this:&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;I&gt;I do not work for employers that do not value my testing skills and my contributions. However if there are exceptions on two situations mainly:&lt;BR/&gt;1. If the organization does not recognize the value you provide.&lt;BR/&gt;2.
